Ballwin Resident Gets SEMO President's Scholarship

Matthew Rowe of Ballwin, MO will receive the President's Scholarship and the Missouri Leadership Award. Rowe is the son of Richard Rowe and Monica Dwyre. He will be a 2012 graduate of Parkway South High School in Manchester, MO.
