16 Vehicles 'Ransacked' While Parked on Street in Ballwin

Sixteen unlocked vehicles were damaged in the 500 block of Golfwood Drive during the early morning hours of Jan. 14, according to the Ballwin Police Department.
The vehicles were ransacked, tires cut and exteriors keyed while they were parked on the street. An estimate of the damage is not available at this time.
Police told Patch the incident is still under investigation.

the fact the cars were unlocked is irrelevant. "tires cut and exteriors keyed..." had nothing to do with being unlocked. This was simply a malicious attack on personal property by punk losers.
