More than $2,000 of equipment was stolen from Allen Roofing & Siding in Ellisville, the Ellisville Police Department reported Wednesday.

An unknown person smashed a black plastic mailbox in the 300 block of Clayton Oaks Drive. The incident took place between 11:30 p.m. Oct. 19 and 7 a.m. Oct. 20. Damage is valued at $300.
