I believe that the records indicate that the city attorney for Ballwin was at the same time doing work for Schnucks, this in his mind was not a conflict of interest, and he failed to advise the board of alderman I have been told. Now another case is coming up, this time the lot on Kehrs Mill Road behind the Target Store. The Ballwin city attorney was involved in a partition suit regarding this property, and now will be sitting on the P&Z meeting deciding how to change it. The Citizens should attend the October 1st P&Z meeting and ask if this is a conflict of interest to be advising the city on property that he was previously involved with. The property could be rezoned from its present to multi family, But maybe they would be boutique multifamily units so everything would be for the betterment of the surrounding property owners?

The nearby home owners will get screwed like the new Schnucks did to a residential neighborhood. Everyone better protest or sell your house NOW or you'll see that no one wants it unless it is heavily discounted. This is a FACT
