If you've been around St. Louis for a long time, you probably recognize the name Charlotte Peters, the star of a popular St. Louis TV show that aired from 1947 to 1969 on local television.

Her namesake restaurant is Ballwin's Charlotte's Rib BBQ, a staple of the area since 1977.
