DESCRIPTION:Care for Caregivers is an educational share group that seeks 
 to support parents of special needs children and caregivers of adults wi
 th physical and/or emotional difficulties. The challenge of caregivers i
 s to maintain their own health and well-being while managing the ongoing
  responsibilities of meeting the special needs of a child or adult.\nThe
  group will study and hear a short lecture from The Caregiver Helpbook a
 nd then divide into two discussion groups. The parents of children with 
 special needs will meet with Dawn Koontz\, PhD\, a psychologist in priva
 te practice. The caregivers of adults will meet with Shirley Schaper\, A
 CSW\, a clinical social worker in private practice.
