The Wildwood Area Lions Club is sponsoring a Paddle Party fundraiser, a cross between an auction, raffle, bingo and home party.  Bring your roll of quarters to bid on nearly 100 items provided by local businesses and home business vendors.  Buy one or more paddles (bidding numbers) for $7 each and bid from one to four quarters on items.  Door prizes also awarded.  Doors open at 6 p.m.; to reserve a table of 8 or 10, please call ahead to Gloria Ventura, 636-391-9615 or 636-236-1077.  This event is the first of its kind to take place in our area -- don't miss this unique opportunity.  And "be charitable."
