Parkour, is freely defined as the skill of moving. It involves using one's body plus things in the surroundings to find the way of physical obstacles. In spirit, a practitioner of Parkour, shall jump, run, climb or do other aerobics type actions to get from one point to another point. Parkour has an excacting focus on pace and competence. Parkour preparation emphasizes useful strength, balance, conditioning and harmonization. A tracuer must be aware of their surroundings so that they can quickly find the way.

Xcel Gymnastics Sports Center teaches cheer, gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling classes for kids, plus adult classes. The facility features a parent viewing area, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a private party room and a group fitness room. It hosts parties and field trips.
