Guitarist John McClellan, head of guitar studies at Webster University, will celebrate the new "Tribute" CD to his friend, mentor and guitar legend, Chet Atkins. This has been a nine year project dedicated to recording the masterworks of Chet Atkins in duets with his friends. 

Artists who contributed to the CD include: Mark Knopfler, Vince Gill, Kevin Eubanks, Janis Ian, The Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, Tommy Emmanuel, Martin Taylor, Frank Vignola, Boots Randolph, Jorge Morel, Brent Mason, Tim Thompson and Kirk Hanser.

This project benefits the Chet Atkins Educational Fund and Guitar Studies at Webster University.
