Money Magazine Rankings Like Ballwin

For the second time in recent years, a Money Magazine survey has placed Ballwin in rare company as one of the nation's best small cities.

The publication is out with the annual Best Places to Live issue for 2013 and Ballwin comes in at number 40 with the following citation:

"Low crime rates and excellent schools (testing above the state average in math and reading) are just two reasons Ballwin scores high with families. Then there's the easy access to four state parks, as well as the local rec facility, open seven days a week, and the extensive community programming, such as a summer concert series."

Ballwin was the only Missouri city to crack the list. Sharon, MA nabbed top honors. 

In 2011, the magazine's ranking placed Ballwin at number 80.
