•  continues with discussions about the cost of a special election aimed at removing the project's supporters from office. Patch reader expressed some reservations about the potential price tag associated with a recall election: "Seems really expensive when Anglin is termed out anyway in the spring." Reader had a different take: "Not bad if it keeps the council from giving away millions of tax dollars to developers and non-local businesses that can easily afford to develop withOUT TIF."

• News reports about a man from Miami who was shot dead when he was discovered  led police to say the subject may have been under the influence of bath salts, the street name of a drug recently outlawed by the Ballwin Board of Aldermen.  took issue with the connection by Miami police between bath salts and the incident since toxicology reports were not yet available: "It seems typical for news papers to get the story all jazzed up when they have very little info. The Miami Police are being sneaky (sic). Tell us the facts not assumptions."

• As construction crews push to complete two commercial buildings located near the Ballwin Athletic Association on Manchester Road, Patch reader questioned the placement of the structures: "I don't understand why Ballwin would allow the flooring building to be built so close to Manchester Road. It blocks eastbound traffic from seeing Preiss Cleaners."
