Health & Wellness Fair in Ballwin Monday
Ballwin prepares for a health and wellness fair at the Pointe at Ballwin Commons.
Anyone looking for new ways to reinvigorate their search for healthy living may find some inspiration next week at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons.
The Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department is set to host the Ballwin Health and Wellness Fair at The Pointe on Monday, when more than 20 different vendors are scheduled to be represented.
Matt Stuemph, Fitness Manager at The Pointe, said crafts meant to support healthy living, nutritional information and dynamic workout equipment all will be available at the fair for visitors to explore.

"So I think that's going to be a nice draw for people to try," Stuemph said.
In addition to the local businesses sharing health and fitness services, St. Luke's Hospital is scheduled to administer flu shots from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The shots are $25, though some insurance policies and Medicare card holders may have the shot expense covered, Struemph said.
