BRIEF: St. Louis Philharmonic Plays Queeny Park Friday

The St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra is set to perform Friday night at the Greensfelder Complex in Queeny Park.

In an concert billed as "an evening of symphonic pops and light classics chosen by our audience," the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Friday at Queeny Park with a program packed with contemporary favorites.

The evening will feature of the works composers such as Aaron Copeland, Duke Ellington, John Williams and Johann Strauss.

The performance is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Friday at the Greensfelder Complex in Queeny Park just east of Ballwin on Weidman Road. Tickers are $25 for table seating, or $15 for a seat in the gallery. Tickets can be purchased in advance online at the official St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra website.
