Adam Paul Reinstated as Ellisville Mayor by Judge
A St. Louis County judge reinstated Adam Paul as mayor of Ellisville.

Ousted Ellisville Mayor Adam Paul was reinstated to as the city's elected leader Monday.
St. Louis County judge David Vincent issued a stay of the city council's April impeachment proceeding.
"He is going to to be going back to work while the judge reviews the total record," Paul's attorney Chet Pleban told Patch late Monday morning.

According to court documents obtained by KMOX, Judge Vincent's ruling indicates Paul's due process rights may have been violated by the proceedings.
