Assisted Living Center Underway in Ballwin

A new assisted living center in Ballwin's northeast corner could be completed before the end of 2011, a city representative said Wednesday.

City Administrator Bob Kuntz said the facility is part of a development under project manager Bill Biermann of W.B. Biermann Co. in Chesterfield.

"I think they are going to get it done before that," Kuntz said of a possible New Year's deadline for the project, which is located just southwest of Clayton Road and Henry Avenue, near the and Pulaski Bank. "I've been seeing about 12 people there with hard hats working like bees, so I think they're going to finish it before the year's over."
