The site is under the development of Chesterfield-based project manager Bill Biermann.

Passerbys driving recently along Henry Avenue near Clayton Road may have noticed noticed a well-lit building near the budding plaza, which now includes 6 North Cafe, Novak Jewelers, Pulaski Bank and others.

The building is part of a development under project manager Bill Biermann of W.B. Biermann Co. in Chesterfield, whose other projects in town include developements such as the U-Gas and Wendy's planned at the former Rothman Furniture site.

Tuesday night, the project displayed a "Models Open" sign on a trailer adjacent to the building nearing completion.
