Ballwin Shoe Carnival Planning on March Opening
The new location is going in next to Big Lots on Manchester in Ballwin.
A new Shoe Carnival location will be opening this March in Ballwin.
The store is taking the space formerly occupied by the Beauty First shop next to Big Lots at 14862 Manchester Road. Beauty First had closed in October, 2011.
A representative from Shoe Carnival told Patch doors would open March 11. Grand opening festivities are planned for March 16 and 17, with doorbusters and giveaways throughout the weekend.

The next closest Shoe Carnival store is down Manchester Road in Ellisville.
