Although is not scheduled to close, the same can't be said for , another store owned by Sears Holdings Corpration, which is shutting down more than 100 locations nationally due to increased expenses and underperforming sales.
The Sears Holdings Corporation announced 70 stores officially marked for closure, including the Crestwood Sears, and plans to announce an additional 30 to 50 stores soon, according to the company. Sears Holdings Corp also heads K-Mart, Lands' End and The Great Indoors.
While Sears has not yet announced how many employees will be impacted by the closure, typical stores employ between 40 and 80 people.
