Farmers Market Spotlight: Children’s Market Entertains With Crafts, Recycling

Check a video out this week's Ellisville Farmers Market featured vendor, the Children's Market, where parents can let their kids work on crafts while they shop.

Laurel Hulsey, a Ballwin resident, has volunteered for four years directing the Children’s Market tent at the Ellisville Farmers Market.

At the Children’s Market, parents can let their kids hang out in an entertaining and didactic environment while they do their shopping.

Hulsey teaches children to use recycled materials to make projects free of charge.

“It’s great because the children, they bring their parents to the market,” Hulsey said.

The Ellisville Farmers Market opens from 4  to 7 p.m. every Thursday at .
