Five Below Grand Opening in Ballwin Scheduled

The discount retailer will have its grand opening Friday, the company officially announced this week.

Five Below in Ballwin will host its grand opening Friday, company representatives announced this week.

The opening of the store located in Ballwin's main shopping corridor at the former Furniture Solutions space neighboring is one of four St. Louis-area locations opening Friday.

“We’re excited to extend our presence into the Greater St. Louis market,” David Schlessinger, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Five Below said.

Based in Philadelphia, Five Below has more than 190 locations nationwide selling an assortment of retail items priced under $5, including "trend-right, high-quality merchandise for teens, pre-teens, and beyond," company representatives said. Among the merchandise sold are fashion accessories, nail polish, cell phone and tablet accessories, video games and toys as well as arts and crafts.

We welcome 5 Below to the shopping center and I will stop by.It is a good addition.Being proud of Ballwin I wrote to them five weeks ago to inform them they were in Ballwin, not Manchester. Obviously they ignored the tip as the map in their advertisement not only states Manchester but if you look closely the cross street is named "New Baltimore" Road. Oh well.
