Mobil Gas Station Closed To Make Way For Jimmy Johns
The restaurant project gained final approval Wednesday night, and could be open by April.
The Mobil Gas station located at the corner of Clarkson Road and Manchester Road did not wait for the site's successor to get final approval before closing.
The station was supposed to close by September but has been abandoned in the last few weeks.
A drive thru Jimmy Johns restaurant gained final approval from the Ellisville City Council Wednesday night.
The developer on the project said they expect crews to come in and remove gas tanks on the site sometime soon.
The franchise owner previously told Patch the restaurant would likely be open by next April.
