A multi-unit retail plaza in the process of being built just west of and east of in the 14900 block of Manchester Road in Ballwin.
Ballwin City Administrator Bob Kuntz said the project is likely to be open sometime close to July. Since permits for the space already have been issued, however, Kuntz said the project's developers aren't beholden to a specific timetable.
The business currently slated for the space is Kapp Carpet, which replaces a Red Lobster restaurant. Look for more information on this business as soon as it becomes available.
