New, Sweet Deal for Lunch Offered by Dairy Queen

Owners of the Dairy Queen in Ellisville say customers now can enjoy lunch and a sundae, "without breaking the bank."

Dairy Queen’s new "$5 Buck Lunch" options were introduced this week. The deal includes sandwiches, fries, a drink and a DQ sundae. A DQ spokesperson said for $1 more, the small sundae included can be upgraded to a blizzard treat.

DQ managers stated they are trying to lower the cost of typical $8 to $10 lunches. In an economic climate where consumers are looking for value, particularly at lunch, a corporate news release states the Dairy Queen system has responded with a new $5 Buck Lunch offer designed to appeal to everyone.

The Dairy Queen in Ellisville is located at 15850 Clayton Rd.
