Second follow-up inspection required. The person(s) in charge during the inspection did not possess a valid food protection certification. Dry storage-ready to eat foods stored on the floor. Crates have been delivered-has not been placed in storage area at time of inspection. Sanitizing bucket-concentration too high. Must be 200ppm Quat Dry storage shelves-have not been repaired/replaced at time of this inspection. Will be done by the employee that has corrected other violations noted on this inspection. Walk-in cooler-door gasket is on order. Not replaced at time of this inspection. Dry storage-floor remains absorbent. Work order is in for repairs.

Anna Marie's, 16497 Clayton Road, Wildwood
Inspection Date: July 7
Grade: A (98)
Restroom door must be self closing. Must be made self closing by next routine inspection. Ref: Inspection Form. Restroom receptacle now has a lid. Wet mops stored in yellow buckets. Must hand to dry properly to help prevent bacteria growth. Must be able to hang by next routine inspection.

Cutting boards-cooks area-not smooth and easily cleanable. Repair/Replace by next routine inspection.

Arby's, 14120 Manchester Road
Inspection Date: July 5
Grade: A (99)
Follow-up inspection required. Ref: Inspection Form. Foods in the walk-in cooler are 6 inches off the floor. REPEAT VIOLATION: REF: INSPECTION FORM, cutting boards at prep tables-not smooth and easily cleanable. Follow up required.
