U-Gas Project Appears Near Finish Line
Work on the Ballwin gas station/convenience store/car wash project has picked up steam in recent weeks.
A company spokesman confirmed Tuesday that a U-Gas gas station/convenience store/car wash outlet is on track to be open by October 1, as Patch reported earlier this summer.
The site, next to Ballwin's Government Center, has seen company logos, signage and shrubbery added in recent days. The spokesman didn't want to commit to an opening date because of inspections that still need to take place which could impact the timing.
Wendy's recently announced the sale of the restaurant adjacent to the property to NBA guard Chauncey Billups and former NBA pro Junior Bridgeman.
An indoor gun range was recently approved for the third commercial project for the former Rothman Furniture site.
