Veritas Opened Thursday In Ellisville
The restaurant and retail space moved from Chesterfield.
Veritas, the restaurant and retail shop which has been working on opening in Ellisville's Fountain Plaza for several months, officially did so Thursday night.
Co owner David Stitt said the retail end of things will wait for a time while employees get brought up to speed.
The restaurant is currently open for dinner hours only but will soon offer a lunch menu.
