Wolf Public House Enters Green Dining Alliance

The cafe in Ballwin joins other local restaurants like Schafly Bottleworks, Pi and Picnic Basket Cafe.

The Wolf Public House has been recognized for its commitment to becoming environmentally friendly.

The cafe, located at 15480 Clayton Road in Ballwin, entered the Green Dining Alliance, a restaurant sustainability initiative spearheaded by St. Louis Earth Day.

To gain the alliance's certification, a restaurant must conduct a three-step process that includes banning styrofoam, incorporating recycling and waste reduction, and participating in educational workshops, among other requirements. A full list of requirements is available on the Green Dining Alliance's website.
