- Regularly Scheduled Site Visits & Reports: We’ll send you a schedule of days that your account manager will be on your site. Following the visit we will email you and/or all designated homeowners a report making information readily available & easy to disperse.
- Prompt & Easy Communication: Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00. Account managers are available on their cell phones and also by email. We send monthly emails to keep you informed upon seasonal changes and help you make the best decisions regarding your property.
- Yearly Calendar: Dowco will keep you up to date with a yearly schedule (go to PDF) of services. We will work with you to build a custom landscape maintenance plan that makes your property outshine the rest.
