China Wok Edges Panda Chinese in West County Food Fight

It was nearly a dead-heat in this week's Food Fight, asking users for their favorite spot for Chinese takeout. The Eureka restaurant didn't get a majority, but it edged its closest competitor.

in Eureka was this week's winner of the West County Food Fight, in which we asked Patch users for their favorite restaurant for Chinese takeout. It won, but only by a hair's breadth.

China Wok came in with 37 percent of the vote, compared to 35 percent for  in Wildwood in our friendly food competition. Here's how the votes were split among the rest of the finalists (may not equal 100 percent due to rounding).

  • Asian House, Clarkson Valley, fewer than 1 percent.
  • , Town and Country, 3 percent.
  • , Ellisville, 5 percent.
  • , Ballwin, 11 percent.
  • , Chesterfield 4 percent.
  • , Manchester, 1 percent.

Voting took place from Thursday morning through Friday at 5 p.m.
