Andrew Peterson will be in concert at West Springs Church house on Friday, October 19, at 7:00 pm. He, along with his full band The Captains Courageous (including Steven Curtis Chapman's sons - SEE BELOW), will be presenting songs and stories from his new album, Light for the Lost Boy.
Andrew Peterson is a singer-songwriter and author of a series of books calledThe Wingfeather Saga. He has toured with Steven Curtis Chapman, Caedmon’s Call, Fernando Ortega, Michael Card, Sara Groves, Bebo Norman and other notable artists. He has been recording music since 1996, has 14 albums and has produced top-twenty hits such as “Dancing in the Minefields.” A strong musical/cultural influence for Andrew has been the late Rich Mullins.
The band Caleb will be opening act for Andrew as well as a part of his full band during the concert. Caleb was founded by Christian singer-songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman's two sons, Caleb and Will Chapman, who were later joined by their friend and guitarist Scott Mills.
