Bethesda Hospice Hosts FREE 5K Memorial Walk/Run in Queeny Park June 1

Honor your loved ones lost at Bethesda Hospice's FREE 5K Memorial Walk/Run on Sat., June 1 in Queeny Park.

Has a member of your family or a close friend of yours recently passed away? Honor them on June 1 at the first-ever 5K Memorial Walk/Run hosted by Bethesda Hospice.

Participants will have the opportunity to honor loved ones lost by wearing “walking for” ribbons in lieu of race numbers. Walkers/runners will write the name of the person they are honoring on their ribbon, which will be tied to a “Celebration of Life” unity wreath during the closing ceremony.

This event will have activities for kids and is free for all participants. (Yes, no crazy entry fee for runners!) Local St. Louis singer and guitarist Lisa Jones will provide live music.
