Ballwin Burglary Suspect Caught After Allegedly Fleeing Police

Ballwin police report a fleeing burglary suspects lands in police custody, while narcotics disappear from an unlocked car.

At approximately 1:58 p.m, a burglary suspect was reportedly confronted by a homeowner in the 1000 block of Kehrs Mill Road. Police stated the suspect fled the area, but was caught minutes later by Ballwin police officers. Authorities said he was found hiding in a nearby culvert, arrested and charged with first degree burglary.

Some time between 3 to 11 a.m., police stated ten hydrocodone pills were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Ganahl Drive. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever.
