Ballwin Police Report Burglary, Theft From Cars

The Ballwin Police Department reports a home burglary and several incidents of property stolen from cars.

• A home in the 200 block of Sweetcreek Drive was burglarized, causing roughly $150 in damages on Friday, May 6. Nothing was stolen, police said.

• Property was stolen late Friday or early Saturday from unlocked vehicles parked in the 800 block of Green Lantern Lane, the 900 block of Dutch Mill Drive and the 800 block of Windmill Drive. Among the stolen property was cash, GPS units and a cell phone. The combined value of the stolen items is roughly $1,300.

• A satellite radio valued around $20 was stolen late Monday or early Tuesday morning from an unlocked vehicle parked at the 700 block of Clubhouse Drive.

• A checkbook and stereo accessories were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Mansionhill Drive, also late Monday or early Tuesday morning.

The Ballwin Police Department asks all local drivers to lock their doors and secure all valuables prior to leaving their vehicles.
