Ballwin Woman Allegedly Sent Boy Graphic Cell Phone Image

The 49-year-old faces charges related to furnishing pornographic materials to a minor.

A woman from Ballwin was charged this week in St. Louis County Court with providing pornographic materials to a minor.

Pamela Moynahan, 49, of the 290 block of Aspen Village Drive, allegedly sent a picture of an adult's penis to a 10 year-old boy using her cell phone sometime between May 1 and July 9, Ballwin Police Officer Sarah Bonsee said. A court order for Moynahan to appear before a county judge was issued Tuesday.

Ballwin Police Lieutenant Kevin Bushery said the case investigating Moynahan was opened last summer, but declined to say how the case came to the department's attention. Further investigations will be handled by St. Louis County law enforcement, Bushery said.
