Man Steals Impact Gun From Dobbs Store

The following information was submitted by the Ellisville Police Department. An arrest does not indicate conviction.

The Ellisville crime report for the dates June 28–July 4:

Friday, June 29

Sometime in the evening hours of June 29 and 10:00 am on June 30, unknown person(s) stole money from a wallet that was lying on the passenger front seat of a vehicle parked inside a garage in the 16000 of Autumn Oak Circle. The garage door was left open overnight. The contents were valued at $140.

Tuesday, July 3

A 27 year old Wildwood man is wanted for stealing an impact gun from the located at 16305 Truman Road. The item was valued at $385.

I thought all crime in Ellisville was to go away once Sudafed was "regulated" by the Ellisville City Food and Drug Administration. Perhaps theft should be illegal, too. Oh, it is? hmmm
