Ellisville Home Burglarized
The Ellisville Police Department reported Thursday that a home was burglarized last week resulting in more than $5,000 in stolen goods.
BURGLARY β The afternoon of Friday, May 20, an Ellisville home located in the 1000 block of Wood Summit Road was burglarized, resulting in the theft of goods totalling more than $5,000.
Police said the owner of the home returned at 2:37 p.m. and saw two men exit his residence through the garage door, then run to a vehicle and drive off.
Police said the subjects accessed the home by prying open the rear door. Stolen goods included silver dollars, a television, several purses and jewelry. The losses were valued at $5,045.

BURGLARY β A set of golf clubs and bag were stolen between 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 21 and 8:43 a.m. on Sunday, May 22 from an unlocked attached garage on Hutchison Road in Ellisville. The total value was estimated at $700.
