Man from Ballwin-Area Wanted for Hit-and-Run
Police are searching for a driver from the Ballwin area they said left the scene of a fatal accident in Town & Country.
Ciby Kimbrough, 70, died after a crash that happened around 7:40 p.m., Thursday at Clayton Road and Woods Hill Drive, Town & Country Police reported.
Two cars were involved in the crash. Kimbrough was driving one of the cars; police said the driver fled the accident scene in his car after the accident. That car was later found just west of the accident scene, but the driver was gone.
Friday police said they are searching for the registered owner of that vehicle, George Putney, of the 1300 block of Forrest Lane Court near Weidman Road just east of Ballwin.

Kimbrough, of St. Louis, was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur where she was pronounced dead Thursday.
