News in Brief: Ballwin Area Man Faces DUI, Drug Charges
A 21-year-old man from unincorporated Ballwin faces multiple charges after an arrest made by University of Connecticut Police.
Michael Edward Kaiser, 21, of 1457 Thomas Mason Plaza outside Ballwin was arrested Sunday by University of Connecticut Police on Hunting Lodge Road. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and making a restricted turn or failing to signal.
