Ornaments for Backstoppers Continues Through Dec. 21

The Ellisville Police Department is selling Santa ornaments to benefit the Backstoppers organization.

Ellisville Police Department will continue to sell firefighter and police officer Santa ornaments to benefit Backstoppers until Dec. 21.

Ellisville Sgt. Nancy Walker told Patch only 15 ornaments are left in the area. The police department has sold 153 since mid-November. The ornaments are being sold for $9 each through 5 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Ellisville Police Department.

Backstoppers is a St. Louis-area organization that helps out families of first responders killed in the line of duty.
