Man Threatened Family of Woman He Sodomized, Prosecutors Say

St. Louis County Police said Kevin O'Shaughnessy called and threatened to kill a man and his family. The man was a relative of a woman whom he is accused of sodomizing.

St. Louis County prosecutors have added a harassment charge against a Ballwin man accused of forcible sodomy.

Kevin O’Shaughnessy, 20, of the 200 block of Spring Oaks Drive in Ballwin, is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charge April 3.

St. Louis County Police said O’Shaughnessy called and threatened a relative of the person whom he is accused of sodomizing. Police said O’Shaughnessy threatened on Aug. 13 to shoot and kill the man and his family.

O’Shaughnessy also faces accusations that he held down a woman Aug. 13 and forcibly sodomized her while a friend stood guard outside the room and prevented others from helping her.
