Theft Tops Recent Ballwin Crime

Ballwin police report a home burglary, along with thieves hitting a local gym and neighborhood.

The following information was provided by the Ballwin Police Department.

July 3:

Between 7:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., someone forced entry through the rear sliding glass door of an unoccupied home in the 100 block of Old Oaks Drive. Several purses and wallets, totaling approximately $950 in value, were stolen.

July 4:

Between 10:45 and 11:45 a.m., a wallet was stolen from a gym locker in the men’s locker room at 15425 Manchester Road.  The estimated loss is $43.

July 5:

Between 3 and 7:10 p.m., a set of license plates was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked in the lot of 200 Meadowbrook Country Club.  The loss is valued at $20.50.
