Thief Targets Ellisville IHOP Employees

The theft is the latest incident reported by the Ellisville Police Department.

Employees who finished their shift at an International House of Pancakes in Ellisville last week may have ended up with less money than when they started.

Police reported that an unknown individual stole money from two purses belonging to employees of the breakfast chain’s 15484 Manchester Rd. location.

Sgt. Nancy Walker said the purses were hanging on hooks by the restaurant's kitchen, a place where employees commonly put their belongings. She said no arrests have been made yet in connection with the incident.Β
