Third Man Charged in Pizza Delivery Murder
St. Louis Police said that Davionte Williams participated the crime against Ballwin resident Daniil Maksimenko, but he was not the gunman who fired the shots.
A third person was charged with crimes related to the of Daniil Maksimenko, a 22-year-old Ballwin resident.
Davionte Williams, 22, of the 4200 block of Cleveland in St. Louis, was charged Friday with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
A report said that Williams was one of three people who robbed and Maksimenko on May 19. The resident was delivering pizza in Hillsdale when he was shot and killed. A police report said that Williams was not the gunman.

Another suspect charged in the crime, , also was ruled out as the person who shot Maksimenko.
Police have not ruled out as the gunman. Crockett also has been charged with robbery, murder and armed criminal action in the case. However, St. Louis County Police did say they believe four people were involved in the robbery and murder.
