Vehicle in Ballwin Drives Through Wet Concrete

The Ballwin Police Department on Monday reported various crimes that occurred this month, including a vehicle that drove through unfinished construction, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.

• An unknown vehicle drove through wet concrete the afternoon of Thursday, July 7 in the 100 block of Windcliffe Drive in Ballwin. The damages were estimated at $3,000.

• A car window was broken late Thursday, July 7 or early morning July 8 in the 300 block of Claymont Drive. Repairs are estimated at roughly $250.

• Two car tires were punctured by an unknown object late Thursday, July 7 or early morning July 8 in the 100 block of Ballwin Manor Drive, causing roughly $200 worth of damage.

• Multiple car windows were damaged late Sunday, July 10 or early that Monday in the 400 block of Claymont Drive, in the 300 block of Providence Road and in the 400 block of Westglen Village, causing a combined total of roughly $1,050 in damage.

• A wrist watch, GPS unit, cell phone charger and cash totalling more than $400 was stolen late Wednesday, July 13 or early that Thursday from an unsecured vehicle in the 100 block of Log Trail Drive.

• Roughly $190 was stolen from a backpack late Thursday, July 14 at 345 Holloway Road.
