Board Of Aldermen To Consider Jimmy Johns & Audio-Visual Renovations

Ballwin's Board of Aldermen meets at 7 p.m. Monday night for the last time this summer in the friendly confines of the Donald “Red” Loehr Police & Court Center. . The next Board of Aldermen meeting will be held June 17 at the Pointe at Ballwin Commons.

Monday night, the Board will address audio-visual components of the renovation which as of yet have not been approved. One of the items being considered is a scanner that would allow documents to be projected. Among three competing firms, prices ranged from $96,000 to $108,000.

The Board will also consider a request approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission to allow for front yard parking and drive-thru service for a Jimmy John's sandwich shop slated for Manchester Road.
