The city of Ballwin has announced that is seeking candidates for the position of finance officer.
The finance officer’s position comes with the responsibility of managing all of the city’s financial matters, which include its $18 million budget, investments, purchasing, bond issues, pension and payroll, according to a press release.
The requirements are:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
- Successful candidates must have at least three years municipal finance experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of New World’s Logos finance software and CPA certification preferred.
