Ellisville Council to Discuss Speeding, Urban Chickens Wednesday
Council members' agendas Wednesday night includes signage and a new retail sales development and two issues affecting Ellisville neighborhoods.
The Ellisville City Council is scheduled to meet Wednesday night to discuss speeding on residential streets and raising , and to vote on requests related to business licenses and signage changes.
The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. for an informal "work session" followed by the regular council meeting at 7 p.m. Both meetings takes place at .

A. Request of NEA Enterprise Inc., d/b/a Westway Cleaners, for a downward adjustment of two (2) parking spaces to allow the installation of a monument sign within a parking stall at 53 Clarkson Road within the C-3 Commercial Zoning District.
VIII. Receipt/Filing Planning and Zoning recommendations/reports
A. Receipt and filing of Planning and Zoning recommendation dated October 12, 2011 relative to the Petition of TVI, Inc., d/b/a "Savers", for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a retail sales business not set forth as a permitted use at a location numbered 15892 Clayton Road within the Maple Tree Shopping Center and zoned -3 Commercial. The Council will call for a public hearing on November 16, 2011.
B. Receipt and filing of Planning and Zoning recommendation dated October 12, 2011 relative to the Petition of AT&T for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation of a replacement cell tower at the Mobile Station, 15961 Manchester Road, within the C-3 Commercial Zoning District. The Council will call for a public hearing on November 16, 2011.
