First Look At Ballwin Building Renovations Tuesday

Ballwin's Donald "Red" Loehr Police & Court Center board room has been closed for renovations over the summer. It will re-open for Tuesday's Planning and Zoning meeting.

Ballwin's Planning and Zoning Commission meets Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m., and for the first time in months, will be back at the Donald “Red” Loehr Police & Court Center. City government meetings and municipal court proceedings have been held off-site since May when work began on renovations in the board room at the Police and Court Center.

The project was designed to improve acoustics and audio/visual capabilities in the room, and improve security. City leaders declined a media request to preview the improvements.

As for the business of the Planning and Zoning Commission, members will hear a request for 20 lot single family subdivision planned for roughly 7 acres on 520 Kehrs Mill Rd.
