John Brunner's U.S. Senate Campaign Plans Get Out The Vote Rally

The campaigns are in a mad-scramble to fire up supporters ahead of Tuesday's primary.

Candidates competing in Tuesday's primary elections will be going non-stop this weekend in a last ditch attempt to close the deal with voters and get out the vote.

campaign for the U.S. Senate will kick off the weekend Friday night with a rally at the campaign's Olive Boulevard headquarters in Creve Coeur, located near the AMC 16 Theatre.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m to fire up supporters and encourage "Get Out The Vote" efforts.

The Brunner campaign then hits the road Saturday and Sunday for stops at the Washington County Fair, Kansas City, Springfield and Cape Girardeau.

s campaign may have the highest-profile firepower on hand in the Senate campaign's waning days. Friday she'll host former Alaska Governor and 2008 Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin for a barbecue near Kansas City, as The Hill, and other outlets have reported.

The other top-tier Republican in the field of eight candidates, has been on what his campaign has called a "Leading With Courage" tour around the state. That tour ends at the Sheraton Westport Chalet at 7 p.m. Friday.
