Glanz Hopes Hairdresser's Experience Brings Fresh Perspective to Board of Aldermen

Karen Glanz is running for a seat in Ward 1 on Ballwin's Board of Aldermen in the April 2 election.

Patch sent all local candidates for office identical questionnaires to compile candidate profiles prior to the April election. Each candidate who returned the survey will be featured on the site in order of his or her response.

The following is a letter from Karen Glanz, Ballwin Board of Aldermen Ward 1 Candidate:

My name is Karen Glanz and I am running for Alderman Ward 1. I have lived at 283 Springoaks Drive the past five years and hope to bring a fresh perspective to our community.

A hairdresser by trade has helped me to deal with all types of personalities and handle all sorts of difficult situations with a lot of diplomacy. So I'm asking for your help to the alderman position in Ward 1.

Ballwin is a great place to live and to raise a family: the schools are good, stores are convenient, and was voted the #1 place to live, and if elected I would want to see that Ballwin stays #1.
